We’ve worked in the design sector for thirty years now, and our clients tell us that it’s our deep understanding of the industry and the challenges it faces that makes the difference. Shan Preddy is the trainer on the team and is the one who creates and delivers the workshops, masterclasses and talks. Before launching Preddy&Co, she worked in PR and global advertising before escaping to become MD of a Top-50 UK branding and communications design firm, since absorbed into the network giant Omnicom.

Shan is a Full Member of D&AD, a Fellow of the RSA and a Founder Member of the DBA’s (Design Business Association) accredited Register of Experts. She is a skilled and popular speaker at, and chair of, design conferences and events around the world. Her books include ‘How to Run a Successful Design Business’ and ‘How to Market Design Consultancy Services’. They are published by Routledge with the UK Design Council’s endorsement and have become industry best-sellers.

Don Preddy takes care of Preddy&Co’s own business management. With a TV background at the BBC and Canadian Broadcasting Corporation followed by academic psychology and consumer research, he also gets involved in the development of our training programmes.
